We have helped numerous owners address the complicated issues in balancing estate and gift tax issues, control, and personal planning to allow business owners to pass their business to family, existing managment, or third parties.
Extensive experience in the representation of lenders (both commercial and private) and borrowers in sophisticated financing arrangements, including real estate and commercial financing and workouts.
Representation of estates and personal representatives in decedent’s estates and representation of bank trust departments in their capacity as guardians in all aspects of estate administration, including annual accounts to the probate court, special petitions to the court, defense of claims against estates, and transactions involving estate assets.
